Easily locate medical facilities in your area at just a click of a button. Once on the Map View you will be able to see the Urgently Health partners in Red, non-partners in Blue, and closed facilities in Grey. Once you find a location near you just tap the icon to find out details like wait times, specialities and services offered, insurances accepted and more. You can also choose to report your condition from this screen and send in your information to an Urgently Health partner, or call any non-partner for more information.

The list view will allow you to see an overview of medical facilities and providers near you with their wait times and distances, which is helpful to narrow down your choices quickly and ensure you are picking the best option for your care.

Patients can store their personal details easily including a picture, address, phone number and email. You should fill these details in as soon as you download the app to ensure medical facilities are as prepared as possible to serve you upon arrival.

Make sure to enter in up to 3 emergency contacts so that nurses or doctors can make calls on your behalf if needed

This feature allows you to manage the profiles of kids and other family members that may not be able to have, or be able to use their own Urgently Health profile.

Enter in your general medical information like current aliments, past surgeries, and any allergies you may have. This is very important for nurses and doctors to know before treating you.

The lifestyle section is easy to fill out and helps doctors and nurses know about any lifestyle habits that could affect your medical care including alcohol, drug, or tobacco usage.

Our App keeps a history of your medical visits for your review or review by a future doctor should they need it. That way, you are in control of your information. If a new provider needs to review your past medical history, you can simply show them your Urgently Health profile without inconveniencing other providers or having to wait for their responses.
